Basketball Game Preview: GlenOak Golden Eagles vs. Jackson Polar Bears

The GlenOak Golden Eagles will square off against the Jackson Polar Bears at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. GlenOak is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, GlenOak came up short against Hoover and fell 50-41.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Jackson over Barberton in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Jackson blew Barberton out of the water with a 91-53 final score. The Polar Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

GlenOak now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Jackson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3.

GlenOak was taken down by Jackson 86-50 when the teams last played on January 3rd. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point GlenOak was down 49-23.
