Venice's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Gulf Coast H HEAT. The Indians haven't had any issues with the HEAT recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Venice walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-19.

Venice's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Gulf Coast H, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Coincidentally, Venice and Gulf Coast H will both be playing Palm Grove Christian the next time they take the court. The Indians will host the Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the HEAT will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
