Midway came into this matchup off a tough six-run defeat last Wednesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Greenback Cherokees by a score of 7-5 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Green Wave have suffered since March 19, 2024.
