Basketball Game Preview: Highland Park Owls vs. Perth Amboy Panthers

The Highland Park Owls will square off against the Perth Amboy Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Perth Amboy will be up against a hot Highland Park team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Highland Park sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 57-54 victory over Metuchen on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Perth Amboy was able to grind out a solid win over St. John-Vianney on Saturday, taking the game 59-52. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Highland Park's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Perth Amboy, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
