Volleyball Recap: Riverside's Win on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Riverside had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Northwestern Trojans 3-0 on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won three contests in a row.

Corinne Christopher was nothing short of spectacular: she had 12 digs and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Emily Fahr, who had 18 digs.

Riverside's win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Northwestern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Riverside wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Greenville on the 27th. Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
