Basketball Recap: Moline Takes a Loss

Moline saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 74-66 to the Stillman Valley Cardinals. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (56), the Maroons still had to take the loss.

Moline's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Stillman Valley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.

When Moline and Stillman Valley next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Moline will try to stop Normal Community's three-game winning streak when the meet at 2:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Meanwhile, Stillman Valley will challenge Sterling and their nine-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
