Basketball Recap: Ringgold Triumphs

Ringgold hadn't done well against Sonoraville recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Ringgold Tigers managed a 51-47 victory over the Sonoraville Phoenix. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Phoenix back in January, they had to take a 51-43 loss.

The win made it two in a row for Ringgold and bumps their season record up to 11-13. As for Sonoraville, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season.

Ringgold will face off against Coahulla Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Coahulla Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten games. Sonoraville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
