Genesee waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Grangeville. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Genesee also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Genesee might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Grangeville scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 15-25, 25-23.

Genesee's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Grangeville, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Genesee will host Highland at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grangeville has already played their next contest (against St. Maries), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
