Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sierra Vista). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Jurupa Valley Jaguars 78-43. The Dons not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 4th (when they won 78-42).

Isaiah Aguayo went supernova, going 6-for-8 on his way to 20 points. Those 20 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Peter Albir, who posted nine points.

Sierra Vista was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Sierra Vista, bringing their record up to 7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points over those games. As for Jurupa Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Sierra Vista will be taking part in a tournament against Alta Loma at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jurupa Valley, they will take on Claremont in a tournament on Thursday.
