Baseball Recap: Donna North Takes a Loss

Donna North fell victim to Weslaco East and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 13-0 to the Wildcats. The defeat continues a trend for the Chiefs in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

Donna North's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Weslaco East, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Weslaco East will head out on the road to challenge Donna at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats are facing the Redskins at the right time seeing as the Redskins are stuck on a five-game losing streak. Donna North will be paying especially close attention to Weslaco East's match: after Weslaco East faces off against Donna, they'll take on Donna North again at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
