Football Recap: Logan Elm Takes a Loss

Logan Elm lost against Amanda-Clearcreek back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Braves came up short against the Aces, falling 31-6. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin Holbrook threw for 49 yards on five of 14 attempts. On the ground, Ayden Hartley rushed for 114 yards and one score on only 11 carries.

Logan Elm's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Logan Elm didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 40-7 victory against Alexander on the 17th. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 34-14 defeat against Fairfield Union on the 17th.
