Basketball Recap: Nokomis Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Nokomis won the last time they faced Tri-City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Nokomis Redskins walked away with a 56-45 victory over the Tri-City Tornadoes. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Redskins.

Tri-City lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Donavyn Riley, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was RJ Sullivan, who put up 12 points.

Nokomis' win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-16. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points over those games. As for Tri-City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-18.
