Basketball Recap: Waterloo Comes Up Short

Waterloo lost against Athens Bible back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Waterloo Cougars fell to the Athens Bible Trojans 11-5.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Athens Bible, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-8.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Waterloo Cougars face off against the Central Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Athens Bible, they will host Woodville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
