Basketball Recap: Van Buren County Comes Up Short

Van Buren County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt an 86-51 loss at the hands of the Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 69-22 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Van Buren County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Van Buren County and Danville will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, they will venture away from home to challenge Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
