There's no place like home for Peru, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past the Northeastern Clinton Cougars 3-0 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

One reason for the win was Peru's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-17, 25-14.

Natalia Gushlaw-Mirville paced Peru's offense, picking up five kills. Gushlaw-Mirville also shared the team's lead in assists with Lily Siskavich: they picked up eight each. Gushlaw-Mirville was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Peru's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Northeastern Clinton, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

As of now, neither Peru nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
