Football Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Westminster Christian Academy was the 20-14 winner over Vinton when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chargers had to suffer through a 50-20 loss at the hands of the Lions.

Westminster Christian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Vinton, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Westminster Christian Academy and Vinton will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Chargers will square off against rival Highland Baptist Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Vinton is set to face off against their familiar foe Pickering at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
