Basketball Game Preview: Falkner Eagles vs. Biggersville Lions

Falkner is 0-10 against Biggersville since February of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Eagles will host the Lions at 7:30 p.m. Falkner has given up an average of 61 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Falkner's last matchup with Wheeler could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. Falkner took a blow against Wheeler, falling 67-38.

Meanwhile, Biggersville took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past Jumpertown 74-44. With the Lions ahead 40-20 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Falkner's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Biggersville, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Falkner ended up a good deal behind Biggersville in their previous meeting back in February, losing 66-52. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
