Softball Recap: Strawn Plays to a Tie

The Strawn Greyhounds and the Gorman Panthers finished up on equal footing with an 8-8 tie on Friday.

With that tie, Strawn's record moves to 1-1-1. Meanwhile, Gorman's record is now 2-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Strawn will face off against Ranger at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gorman, they will head out to challenge Lipan at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
