Wilson Memorial is a perfect 10-0 against Stuarts Draft since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Wilson Memorial Green Hornets are taking a road trip to face off against the Stuarts Draft Cougars at 7:45 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Saturday, Wilson Memorial blew past Riverheads, posting a 59-26 victory. Given the Green Hornets' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Gladiators are ranked 283rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Stuarts Draft had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.8 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Indians 57-19.

Stuarts Draft pushed their record up to 17-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points over those games. As for Wilson Memorial, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

Wilson Memorial beat Stuarts Draft 69-57 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wilson Memorial since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
