Gravette has gone 8-2 against Pea Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Blackhawks at 5:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

While Gravette's win against Fayetteville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bulldogs 9-7. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Pea Ridge faced Beebe in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Blackhawks didn't even let the Badgers on the board, marking the Blackhawks' second-straight 1-0 shutout. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blackhawks.

Pea Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Gravette, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Gravette took their victory against Pea Ridge in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 11-3 score. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Blackhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
