Volleyball Game Preview: Pueblo South Colts vs. Lutheran Lions

The Pueblo South Colts will venture away from home to square off against the Lutheran Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lutheran took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Pueblo South, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Pueblo South got the win against Canon City by a conclusive 3-0.

While Pueblo South might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Canon City scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 28-26, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Lutheran came up short against Cheyenne Mountain on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Lutheran couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Cheyenne Mountain a tough time in the first set. The final score came out to 30-28, 25-15, 25-17.

Pueblo South is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
