Softball Recap: Old Bridge Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Old Bridge fell victim to Spotswood and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Old Bridge's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2. As for Spotswood, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Old Bridge will face off against South Plainfield at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Spotswood, they will host Monroe Township at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
