Volleyball Recap: Freedom Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Freedom can now relate to. They fell just short of the Parkland Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Patriots were not able to make up for their loss to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

Parkland found their leader in sophomore Chloe Coonradt, who had 35 digs and three aces. Coonradt has been hot, having posted 12 or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Freedom's defeat dropped their record down to 23-9-2. As for Parkland, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-9-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Freedom nor Parkland have any future games scheduled.
