Baseball Recap: St. Patrick's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

While St. Patrick put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Central. The Shamrocks skirted past the Rockets 1-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Shamrocks have posted since April 26th.

With the victory, St. Patrick broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 16-15. As for Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-16.

Looking ahead, St. Patrick will head out to square off against Evanston at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Central, they will be playing at home against Batavia at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
