Volleyball Recap: North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] Takes a Loss

After flying high against Dunseith on Tuesday, North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] came back down to earth. The Bearcats came up short against the New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bearcats have struggled against the Rockets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather]'s defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for New Rockford-Sheyenne, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland/Munich/Starkweather] will host Westhope/Newburg at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for New Rockford-Sheyenne, they will head out on the road to face off against Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
