St. Francis entered their tilt with Saint Ignatius College Prep on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Wolfpack. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was St. Francis who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 18-25, 25-23.

St. Francis' victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

St. Francis will host Nazareth Academy on Tuesday. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Payton College Prep on the 17th.
