Baseball Recap: Northgate Takes a Loss

Northgate lost against Freedom Area last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Northgate came up short against Freedom Area, falling 11-1. The Flames have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northgate's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Freedom Area, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northgate will square off against Hillel Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Freedom Area, they will be playing at home against Quaker Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Freedom Area's pitchers better be ready for this one: Quaker Valley has averaged an impressive 12 runs per game this season.
