After a string of four wins, West Point-Beemer's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Platteview Trojans.

West Point-Beemer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Platteview, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

West Point-Beemer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Ponca on the 20th. As for Platteview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Crofton on the 20th.
