Conner waltzed into their game on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the Cooper Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 win. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-9, 25-15.

Conner found their leader in sophomore Alexis Kampsen, who had five digs and three aces.

Conner was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in eight consecutive matchups.

Conner's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Cooper, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.

Conner didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Holy Cross on the 18th. As for Cooper, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against North Hardin on the 19th.
