Football Recap: Lometa Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lometa was the 42-12 winner over Eden when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hornets were beaten by the Bulldogs 64-14 on Thursday. The loss put an end to the Hornets' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lometa fell to 2-1. As for Eden, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lometa will face off against Rochelle at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Eden, they will host Wichita Christian at 1:00 p.m. on the 20th.
