It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Pine Belt had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Magnolia Wildcats, posting a 56-6 win. Considering the Spartans have won five matchups by more than 21 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Samuel Smith continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 157 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 65 yards and one TD. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his ninth straight game with at least 106 rushing yards. Jackson Clifton was another key player, rushing for 76 yards and one score on only eight carries.
