Heide Trask has gone 7-2 against East Bladen recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Titans will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Heide Trask's pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so East Bladen's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Things were looking good for Heide Trask after they put the first points on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of East Bladen by a score of 6-5.

For East Bladen's part, Gracie Edwards spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on 11 hits.

On the hitting side, Mollie Tolar and Martha Simmons did most of the damage at the plate: Tolar scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, while Simmons scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4. That's the most stolen bases Tolar has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Tatum Allen, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

The win made it two in a row for East Bladen and bumps their season record up to 3-5. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for Heide Trask, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-3.
