Baseball Recap: Northridge Knights vs. Clearfield Falcons

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woods Cross, Northridge was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Clearfield Falcons by a score of 6-2. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Kam Shirreffs was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
