Football Recap: Passaic Beats Varsity Opponent for Their Third Straight Win

Passaic won against Teaneck last Wednesday with 20 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The Indians' defense stepped up to hand Varsity Opponent a 20-0 shutout. The victory was familiar territory for the Indians, who have now won three matches in a row.

Passaic's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jessaiah Reynoso led the charge by rushing for 45 yards and one score, while also throwing for 95 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 80% of her passes. The dominant performance also gave Reynoso a new career-high in passer rating (147.9). Another player making a difference was Griselis Perez, who picked up 70 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Passaic picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-5-1.
