Softball Recap: Rialto Takes a Loss

Rialto easily dispatched Bloomington last Wednesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Knights fell just short of the Eisenhower Eagles by a score of 5-3 on Friday. The Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Delilah Munoz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Rialto's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Eisenhower, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rialto will take on rival Colton at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Eisenhower is set to face off against their familiar foe Bloomington at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
