Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Meadow Heights). They never let the Delta Bobcats get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory on Wednesday. The Panthers have beaten the Bobcats the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bobcats has come to flipping the script.

Jacob Bollinger looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Kamden Hays was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season. Trae Yamnitz was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Meadow Heights always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .651. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meadow Heights' win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Delta, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Meadow Heights will face off against Greenville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bears' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
