Basketball Recap: Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 58-49 to the Bellmont Braves. The Cadets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Braves earlier this season, when they won 41-35.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Bellmont, they moved to 1-8 with that victory, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran will challenge Indianapolis Lutheran at 1:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Bellmont, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Adams Central at 7:30 p.m.
