Football Game Preview: Castle Park Trojans vs. Olympian Eagles + How To Watch

After each having a week off, the Castle Park Trojans and the Olympian Eagles will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Castle Park is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 57-6, which was the final score in Castle Park's tilt against Hilltop last Friday.

Meanwhile, Olympian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Friday as they fell 35-31 to Otay Ranch. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Castle Park will have to keep a close watch on Jayden Fuentes and Walter Ignacio, a pair of players who had a big impact on Olympian's prior game. Fuentes threw for 225 yards and three touchdowns, while Ignacio gained 128 total yards and two touchdowns. Jorgani Estrada got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Having lost for the first time this season, Olympian fell to 5-1. As for Castle Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Castle Park took a serious blow against Olympian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 40-7. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
