Fort Morgan barely beat Northridge the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.
Fort Morgan never let Northridge on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-10, 26-24.
Ava Taylor paced Fort Morgan's offense, picking up 12 kills. Taylor got some help from Carmen Gonzales and her 28 assists. Gonzales was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
