Basketball Recap: Kingston Takes a Loss

Kingston won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were dealt an 81-50 loss at the hands of the Jasper Pirates. The defeat continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost eight in a row.

Kingston's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-10. As for Jasper, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will take on Eureka Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Jasper has already played their next match (against Deer), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
