Capistrano Valley not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 3rd (when they won 61-36). They put the hurt on the Los Angeles CES Unicorns with a sharp 69-48 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

When it comes to explaining why Los Angeles CES lost, don't look at De'Vine Anderson. Despite the final result, he went 9-for-17 on his way to 21 points along with six boards and four steals. Anderson is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Tommy Sheyn also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steals of the season.

The win got Capistrano Valley back to even at 2-2. As for Los Angeles CES, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Capistrano Valley won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Edison at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Chargers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Los Angeles CES, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll square off against Cypress at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
