Baseball Recap: Plymouth Takes a Loss

Plymouth came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-2 to the Stark Generals. The Bobcats have struggled against the Generals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Thomas Daigneault was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Plymouth's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Stark, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Plymouth is set to square off against their familiar foe Hanover at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Stark will take on rival Kennett at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
