Softball Recap: Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones vs. Decatur Eisenhower Panthers
Sacred Heart-Griffin strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Decatur Eisenhower Panthers a 15-0 shutout. The Cyclones have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Ella Selinger was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.
In other batting news, Felicity Keller was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Lucy Wegner was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
