Basketball Game Preview: Armijo Royals vs. Valley Vikings

The Armijo Royals will face off against the Valley Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Armijo will be strutting in after a victory while Valley will be coming in after a defeat.

Armijo is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 74-64 win over Johnson on Monday.

It was another big night for Isreal Legree, who posted 25 points. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Jamire Singleton was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Meanwhile, Valley came up short against Fairfield on Monday and fell 57-45. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Armijo, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-17.
