Baseball Recap: Handley Comes Up Short

Handley lost against Skyline back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Judges fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. The Judges have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Will Braun-Duin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Handley's record now sits at 5-11. As for Skyline, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Handley will challenge rival James Wood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Skyline is set to square off against their familiar foe Millbrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
