Coronado is on a six-game streak of home losses also dating back to last season, Tempe a five-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Friday. Both will face off at 7:00 p.m. without much rest having both just played. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Coronado is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Yuma on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Coronado came up short against Yuma, falling 78-55. The Dons were down 56-35 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Tempe came up short against Cortez on Thursday and fell 66-55.

Tempe's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
