Recap: Beallsville Blue Devils vs. Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints
The Beallsville Blue Devils were the 42-38 winner over the Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. Beallsville was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 22-21 to Tuscarawas Central Catholic.
Tuscarawas Central Catholic found their leader in underclassman Nora Jackson, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Beallsville's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Tuscarawas Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Beallsville will be playing at home against Frontier at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tuscarawas Central Catholic will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Strasburg-Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on December 6th.
