Volleyball Recap: Mobridge-Pollock Comes Up Short

Mobridge-Pollock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Black Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Mobridge-Pollock's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Platte/Geddes, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.

Mobridge-Pollock has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Oldham-Ramona/R on the 27th. As for Platte/Geddes, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Colman-Egan on the 27th.
