Preview: Hobbton Wildcats vs. Midway Raiders
Hobbton is 0-10 against Midway since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Hobbton Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Midway Raiders at 7:30 p.m. Hobbton is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Monday, Hobbton suffered a tough 64-41 defeat at the hands of Midway.
Dai'vian Murrell put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 21 points along with three steals. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Devone , who scored six points.
Hobbton's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Midway, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.
Hobbton suffered a grim 64-41 defeat to Midway in their previous matchup on Monday. Can Hobbton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
