Soccer Recap: Berkeley Prep Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

There's no place like home for Berkeley Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the North Port Bobcats on Tuesday. The Buccaneers' winning goal came courtesy of Johnathan Poisson.

Berkeley Prep pushed their record up to 8-4-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five matchups. As for North Port, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-6.

Berkeley Prep has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Palm Harbor University on the 10th. As for North Port, they will take on Neumann at 7:00 p.m. on January 15th.
